Scope of Work : Services provided include printing, branding, design, and related services as specified in the order or agreement.

Payment Terms : 50% of the payment needs to be done before the starting of the work, and the balance amount needs to be paid before the final delivery. Payment is due upon order placement or as per agreed terms. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Design and Approval : Clients are responsible for approving designs before production. Sohini Creative is not liable for errors if approved by the client.

Proofreading : Clients must proofread and approve all proofs before production. Sohini Creative isn't responsible for errors in final products if proofs were approved.

Delivery and Turnaround : Delivery times are as per estimations given in the bill (approx around 7-12 working days). Sohini Creative isn't liable for delays beyond their control.

Quality and Variations : Printing variations due to materials or processes are normal. Sohini Creative ensures quality within industry standards.
